Tell us what you think of Phantom Brave and Soul Nomad & the World Eaters combining as NIS Classics Vol. The strategy RPG genre, while never explosively popular, has also never quietly gone away either, and even Square Enix is finally getting back into the strategic action with Project Triangle Strategy, which has a demo on the Switch eShop right now. Some PS2 games have been ported (officially) to the PS Vita, by the way. Preorders have already opened at the NIS America website for a $99.99 limited edition, which includes a hardcover art book, complete soundtrack, acrylic stands with collector’s coins, and of course a collector’s box. The only practical way to play PS2 games on the PS Vita is to stream them from a PC with PCSX2 and GameStream (with Moonlight running on the PS Vita), or possibly from a hacked PS4. 1 would imply that a second volume is in the works, which is quite promising, but in the meantime, Phantom Brave and Soul Nomad & the World Eaters will do nicely on Nintendo Switch.
